My mother's stay at Heritage is going great! The staff take care of her needs and they are sure to keep everything clean and safe. Though my mother is not too fond of participating in too many activities, the staff members do encourage her to participate. I am pleased with her stay!

I had a good tour of this community. It was a nice experience, and everyone was very kind to my family, and myself. The community looked good, everything appeared to be well maintained. The staff was kind, and friendly. There was many factors that played into where to place my parents. Unfortunately this was not the community for them, and their needs

The Heritage West Allis has been a good experience for my mother. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and the meals are all made fresh. I am pleased with our decision to chose this community.
My tour of this community was very nice. This is a smaller community compared to others. The community is nice and clean from what I saw. The staff I met was very kind and friendly. This community was one of my top picks. It was a pleasant tour and I enjoyed it.
My family had done an extensive search for an Assisted Living facility for my mother and decided to go with Heritage West Allis. Our first encounter with the community relations coordinator clinched it for us. She was so helpful and kind and made my mom feel so welcomed. My mom & I went on the tour to find a place for my dad with Alzheimers. Very friendly staff, beautiful, well kept buildings, comfortable rooms with enough space to add personal items, locked memory care unit so he could walk inside as well as in the fenced outdoor garden /patio area. Janine helped my mom feel at ease with the idea of bringing dad here.
The staff was wonderful and the facilities were modern and well kept.
We are very pleased with our choice . Everyone has been very helpful and kind so far. Thank you for all your help.
