Heritage West Allis is very nice. Our loved one had high demands and needed higher levels of care, which they are able to provide. She has her own place and the price was very good compared to where she was before, actually only paying half of what we were paying before. The community is close to were she used to live. They are feeding her very well and we feel like she is being taken better care of now. Overall we are very happy and lucky we found Heritage and would recommend it to anyone.
We tried to get into another Heritage at a different location, but they had no vacancies, so they told us to check here. We are happy with Heritage and would definitely recommend it to others.
Loved this place! Everything about it seemed to fit except for the location :-(. Would love something a little closer to home.

This is a very nice place. The director was very helpful and very informative. The place was nice and clean. Seemed organized and the staff was friendly to the people.

Spacious, decorated in warm tones, inviting.
Only saw the Memory Care area. We did not have time to see the assisted living area. Would like to return.
Took too long to respond. Care was lacking. Took 6 weeks for a refund but gave only a few days when they wanted more money. Not a good experience. Has me questioning if I want to use A Place for Mom in the future.
