We had a sense this location has good community. Several residents were gathered and having discussion in the activity room and they were friendly when we entered. The residents run several activities including pot luck meals. The facility is beautiful & clean. The doors are solid oak craftsman style. The apartments are in good condition and include side-by-side washer & dryer in the apt. My wife spoke to the chef director and they use fresh ingredients in their home style meals from scratch. Mom was not in best shape when she entered Heritage. The staff and care-takers have done an outstanding job. She loves it there and is really enjoying her new friends, clean environment, and various activities. She is even eating foods that she never considered in the past. All the needed care services are on-site. Very happy for mom and thankful for the great value provided by Heritage.

We are happy with the care from this nice community. the staff are caring and the community is clean and has a nice atmosphere. We liked that they offer a healthy choice on the menu. They offer nice activities for the residents who are wanting to participate. The building is newer and has a good feeling in the environment. We would recommend this community for the good care and value.

I visited with my dad April 15. My dad wasn't to excited to be there. I did not ask all the questions that I had asked facilities afterwards. We had visited mostly assisted living. They had us do a lot of walking and my 88 year old dad got tired. By the time we looked at memory care he was too tired to go on.

My mother's stay at Heritage is going great! The staff take care of her needs and they are sure to keep everything clean and safe. Though my mother is not too fond of participating in too many activities, the staff members do encourage her to participate. I am pleased with her stay!

I had a good tour of this community. It was a nice experience, and everyone was very kind to my family, and myself. The community looked good, everything appeared to be well maintained. The staff was kind, and friendly. There was many factors that played into where to place my parents. Unfortunately this was not the community for them, and their needs

The Heritage West Allis has been a good experience for my mother. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and the meals are all made fresh. I am pleased with our decision to chose this community.

My tour of this community was very nice. This is a smaller community compared to others. The community is nice and clean from what I saw. The staff I met was very kind and friendly. This community was one of my top picks. It was a pleasant tour and I enjoyed it.
