Our room was not ready by check in time and had to sit in the lobby for nearly an hour. Long lines to check in and out and front desk staff rushed us through. Forced to check out early or move our vehicle out of the parking garage by 9am. Only other place to park was about a 1/2 mile away. We were not going to carry our luggage that far. Would have loved to sleep in on our weekend away but not an option here. Again front desk staff could care less about the inconveniences. It was a sold out weekend with the annual Veteran's Day Parade and while we try our best to staff, plan and notify guests of the parade road closures it sound like we fell short and for that we apologize. We sincerely appreciate your business and taking the time to let us know our areas of opportunity and hope you will consider us again in the future.
Told us we would have to wait so the manager could check out the room. Not until we got there were we told we had to pay $12. per day for parking. Will not stay there again.
Will not every stay here again Completely disappointed and will never stay there again. I booked a king room with a pull out sofa and balcony. When we got to the room, it was not clean. Stains on the walls and stains on the bed skirt. The balcony was disgusting with food left on it and obviously hadn't been swept or cleaned in months. Then pulled back the sheets, and there were stains and crumbs on them. Called the front desk and they sent up their night housekeeping staff member, Keith. It was a nice room and pretty hotel. The outside noise was crazy for being on 8th floor. Hard to sleep due to car and motorcycle noises.
Did not get room that I asked for.
Despite this site not getting our room reserved, the staff was able to get us into a room. I arrived to no room for myself and wife after a long day of work and traveling. at 10:30 pm all I wanted to do was get into my room and unwind. Instead, again, due to this site not getting our reservations into the hotel (which I had made a week prior) we had to wait 45 minutes for the staff to come up with a room and accommodations for us.
