Rooms and floors were hot. The glass wall in shower was loose and moved a lot. The coffee maker did not have all parts required to make coffee. You do not get what you pay for. We stayed at a cheaper suit with better all around quality. Disappointed is understatement.

Humming noise all night in room. Complained to front desk. They said they would call maintenance. Should have requested a different room. Staff are young at front desk, unsympathetic, immature.

Upon checking our reservations were messed up. Had us for one night and not two. Was supposed to get called when room ready but waited 4 hours and no call. Checked with front desk staff and it was overlooked to notify us when ready. Once in room, no remote for tv. Tried to call front desk numerous times and got no answer. Finally went doe to front desk and they sent someone up to room with remote. Typical Branson never received call that was promised when our room was ready. there was a DJ playing loud music below our window and we had to put up with the thumping noise. we had to pay to park which was ok but when we tried to leave, our room key which was supposed to let us out, didn't work. We finally got security to let us out. Every time we said something to the person at the front desk we were given a lame excuse or told that someone else was responsible. I really don't blame Hilton. Each day of our stay housekeeping left one bath towel for four people to share. Took numerous attempts daily to receive more towels; once delivered bath towels after midnight. On our forth day of stay the shower had no hot water and the bathtub wouldn’t drain. The hotel has a excellent location but very unsatisfactory service.
