Parking access was bungled and required a second procedure, a second attempt, a second trip to the check in counter, a second trip to the parking facility!

Thank you for providing feedback. The garages are not owned by the hotel and while we have an agreement to allow in and out unlimited and bill to the room it is a seperate system. We were suppose to get a king size bed in a smoking room... They gave us two queens.. it was our honeymoon and we had to sleep in separate beds... The hot tub had hair balls in it and dirt at the bottom.. our bed room curtin and shower curtain both had stains on them

Not off to a great start... finished better. The bellman at the start of our stay was extremely rude. The hotel could use some updates, there was trash in the hallways, this location does not offer all the extras that most hiltons do. For the price I would not stay here again. The location is convenient to all of Branson.

Heller anniversary trip The first night was very Bad. They put us in a smoking room, and on top of that the compressor for heating air was right outside our window! The noise was unbelievable. The next morning they moved us to another room and remove one nights charge. The end result was good but it should not have ever happed.

The shower was absolutely horrible. Sprayer didn’t work right. Door wouldn’t stay closed on shower. Water went into floor. Actually became a hazard. Room was mediocre. Nothing nice about it. I’ve stayed in nicer rooms for half the price I paid.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Check in was late. There was no bottle water in the room. No breakfast. Too many kids making noise. I booked a room with a view and they put us on the 4th floor full of children. Wall were thin we could hear other guests cell phone alarms. Overall it was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at.

Hotel not so good. Took forever to get hot water to run for shower. Beds were hard. Door jam was broken. Key wouldn’t work for garage parking or for the room. Inconvenient long walk for the parking garage. For that much money and Hilton hotel you would think it would be better.
