DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER OR ANY BROTHER PRODUCT - THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS After a few months of light to moderate home office use, my printer started folding the corner of every page it prints, multiple corners if using the Duplexer. Buyer Beware - Customer Service At Brother I rarely write reviews unless I find a product that is exceptionally good (or bad). I purchased a new Brother color laser printer, and a full spare set of four extra cartridges (total cost $800). I wanted to be sure I would not run out of toner in the middle or a print job - thus I purchased the extra cartridges. As it turned out, I needed to use my spare black cartridge. most expensive piece of junk i’ve ever purchased I don’t really need to print all that much. Maybe 10 pages a week and it works 1 out of the 10 times. Constantly jams and says there’s “no paper”. Insane. My biggest regret ever lol
Only a printer Had to return as it was only a printer. I needed a printer, copier and a fax combination. Got that for less money else where.
A whole bag of No I was in the market for a new color Laser printer for our office, well it's just that a cheap printer that is more trouble than it was worth. It sits 8n the corner in a box as it jammed all the time, would not connect through wifi. So seriously consider a different printer. I should mention the sleep mode...well it would sleep and never wake up, had to unplug it and reboot it. Shameful product.
lost a brother customer - used to love the product - no longer my new policy with brother laser printers is as follows - buy one and as soon as the toner runs out just throw it away... this HL-L8360CDW was great - made great prints - fast - all happy. I ran out of black toner.... really really disappointing Horrible print quality with colors totally off and blurry over saturated prints. If you a graphic designer like me, look into other options, as this printer is really-really disappointing. Best feature is the duplex ability. Other than that everything feels cheap about the printer. The consumables went way faster than my old HP laser.
Total junk I have had 3 of these printers, every single one has broken before they were even a year old. DO NOT BUY.
Caution with this printer Bought this printer for church and used it for printing materials for our service. It was running fine, but then somehow it had paper stick in back rollers and almost caused a fire. Just thankful I was near printer to turn it off or may have burn my house down. Looked for support on what happened and got nowhere. Very disappointed and now looking for another printer for our church.
