Print quality for color is horrible. This is not a cheap printer, and I work in real estate. I needed a good color printer for my business. I decided on this Brother, I have other printers. However the color quality if horrible. Everything looks washed out. Nothing is deep and vibrant. I am so upset with this purchase. Quality Too much noise when printing, and slow in printing the first page
not pleasant experience it does not work out for me. were charged $48 restocking fee which I did not realize when purchasing. Anyway. bad experience.
DO NOT BUY! Complete junk. This printer is a piece of garbage, do not buy it. First of all, all Brother printers have a bogus toner selling scheme where their cartridges stop working when they are still half full. They will tell you that they are empty and will stop printing. They are not empty and can still print hundreds more pages. So far each Brother printer I have had has a hack to trick the printer into thinking you installed a new cartridge, but it shouldn’t take that sort of thing to use all of this extremely expensi... read more
Slowest printer we have ever used...Do not get! There is simply nothing great to write about this printer. It takes up to 45 seconds for a page to print (connected with cable), when one color cartridge is empty it can not print in black and white until you replace the colored cartridge, when printing several pages it starts printing pages of code until you run out of paper. Ready to throw in dumpster and get another printer.
DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK I owned this printer for about 6 months and then it started to fail. All printings had several black dots on them. Not acceptable in my line of work. I went to the website to find a number to call. You will note that Brother goes out of its way to make it hard for you to find a number to call. Doesn't connect to computer without cable Doesn't connect to computer without cable. Tech support said sorry we're working on that. smh
Doesn't work right "Heads up" it could be my WiFi, but even my Tech son says this is messed up. The printer doesn't connect to my computer. I am only using it with a USB stick to print. I bought the wrong machine here. I think this is an ok printer but not for me. I'm donating it.
