Very Slow Spooling and printing Black and white Print quality: Same as expected Color Print Quality: Not as expected. Blue and green sometimes make off aligned marks when you print both sides. Alignments done twice within 2 months of use. Printed about 100 sheets(both sides) Printing Spooling speed: Very slow (about 10 seconds)
This printer was a real disappointment We purchased this printer because of all of the claims of superior performance. We switched from an HP Color LaserJet because it's less expensive to buy a printer than it is to replace the toner cartridges. It was a terrible mistake. The toner expense issues are still a problem plus this printer oi SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. We also had color consistency issues and alignment issues. For now we are going back to HP. We thought about going to Canon but the toner cartridges are simply not available... read more
The customer service is AWFUL My one year-old Brother printer has stopped working and there is seemingly NO WAY to get any help
Fine when it decides to work This printer was great for about a year. Now every 2 or 3 prints it prints out error messages instead of my files. Never know what I'll get. Its super fun to go to print a document, spreadsheet, or packing slip only to get a bunch of nonsense. Never buying another Brother again.
Very limited lifespan The original unit we bought had a defect, and they were cooperative in exchanging under warranty. The second, which we received in April 2018, is completely dead, as of late November 2020. We left it turned off for a week while we were out of town; when we came back, it simply wouldn't turn on. Does nothing but jam. I have had this printer for three days. It jams after every other page and won’t stop doing it. I have tried different brands of paper. Different weights. Everything. The photo shows how much paper I have wasted with this printer. Total crap. I should have bought the HP that was a little more money.

This is NOT and all-in-one printer. Didn't read the fine print for the description on Amazon. The HL-L8360CDW only prints. You can't copy or scan. Who would even want this printer? Don't ASSUME!! Remember what that means.... ASS U Me .... Exactly!! Wasted an entire day setting up and taking down. Then chasing to Kohls to return it. Stupid Idea!!
Poor.. cheap printer I don’t understand why brother printers have so many great reviews but I can rarely see who’s using it for both personal and business. I chose this model over HP and Canon after considering maintenance cost and features. However, it sucks. First of all, it can detect only 2.4 WiFi, no 5Ghz. Also receiving data through WiFi is extremely slow. It’s mobile app is terrible too. After all, Ive ordered HP color laserjet pro M454dw and it completely satisfies me in terms of printing quality, WiFi, and its app. ... read more
