Very nice people to deal with. My only negative is your rewards policy is only for how many bags of food you buy. We can spend a lot of money in there on stuff other than food. You should have a points system on how much you spend.

I would appreciate a detailed/itemized list for grooming charges. This last visit was a lot more than our usual fee. Also, I live just a few miles away, and I have seen your delivery car in my neighborhood, yet when I try to checkout with an online order it says delivery is not available at my address.
In-store service is always good, and the home delivery option is phenomenal!
