I believe a 5 star is still deserved as I have had all good experiences with purchases in store, thru curbside, and home delivery. I did have an issue on my last purchase. I did curbside purchase that included a $5.00 tip. Received a notice that my order was ready. I came to the store and called twice with no answer. I had to go in and pick up my order. The staff is very helpful and the products are good. The only complaint I have is that the artificial fragrance in the store is so strong that I can only stay a couple of minutes at a time. I don't understand why they have it turned up so high. Makes it a very uncomfortable shopping experience.

The scent is from a scented oil machine that we use company wide, and every store has one. This is to keep away different pet odors out of stores. When I walked into the store, an employee immediately asked if she could help me find something. She proceeded to help me find the three items I needed. She also asked me some questions about my dog and provided some recommendations for a couple of additional items. I was pleased that I was able to get everything I went in to purchase. I already love the Hollywood Feed stores and what they stand for! However, this store has super friendly and helpful employees and I love taking my Doodle in with me. They also now offer professional grooming services. I have not used them yet, but I plan to in the future.
