First time at Hollywood Feed. Super impressed. Staff greeted us at the door and amazingly assisted in determining what was best for our girls. Shelves were well stocked. Pricing was very reasonable. So, in todays shopping market, this was amazing. Kudos to the staff.

I believe a 5 star is still deserved as I have had all good experiences with purchases in store, thru curbside, and home delivery. I did have an issue on my last purchase. I did curbside purchase that included a $5.00 tip. Received a notice that my order was ready. I came to the store and called twice with no answer. I had to go in and pick up my order. The staff is very helpful and the products are good. The only complaint I have is that the artificial fragrance in the store is so strong that I can only stay a couple of minutes at a time. I don't understand why they have it turned up so high. Makes it a very uncomfortable shopping experience.
Great customer service! I am always greeted when I come in and someone is always on the floor asking if you need assistance finding something or answering any questions you have.
When I walked into the store, an employee immediately asked if she could help me find something. She proceeded to help me find the three items I needed. She also asked me some questions about my dog and provided some recommendations for a couple of additional items. I was pleased that I was able to get everything I went in to purchase.
