I've gone into two of these stores. Really great employees. Nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Has made moving to a new state with my dog so much easier. I tend to like local pet stores over the chains and the employees at these stores are exactly why.

Friendly staff, always provide good advice and recommendations on food and products! They also are so sweet to my pup when he comes in and give him treats.

Excellent customer service and selection of in-stock products. Every time I walk in I am greeted by a friendly team member who is always willing to assist. They even offer to carry bags to the car, which is a nice touch! It's the only place I go for my dog food, treat, etc. needs.
