Staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Quality of the products is great, the toy selections are creative, cute, and stimulating. We will continue to buy our dog and cat treats here!

The Manager and her staff are amazing. They are friendly, courteous, helpful, respectful, always have a smile upon their faces, knowledgeable, and always make my experience a pleasant one when I shop. I’ve been a customer of the store since it opened in Deerfield back in 2015/2016.
