John arrived, very prompt. John explained what he was doing and answered all my questions, he even showed me how to use the controls properly and how to change temperatures. He wasn't in any hurry and when completed the inspection, talked me through the results of it. John kindly talked me though options of future inspections, which I will consider shortly

Nice helpful man did the job without fuss and cleaned all parts he has ordered apart for one of hovers and I hope it will be Colin that will replace it very please
