The engineer arrived as arranged and completed the work very efficiently. He was able to complete all the work that was required but I was very disappointed that he couldn’t put a new bag on my cleaners. This was always done as part of the service . Is there a reason for this change in policy.

Very nice young polite young man. Got on with the job and made a good job of it. He was assisted with my little Yorkshire terrier. They made friends straight away. I had to put my dog on his leash so the young man could get on . I’m sad to say I can’t remember his name but he’s a keeper in my opinion.

A bit disappointed on the arrival time, as was advised would be an am appointment, and the Engineer did not arrive until after 12pm. Paul has done an amazing job. Carpets and furniture look brand new, couldn't be more pleased or impressed with the results.
