Paul was pleasant, courteous and very helpful. He explained thoroughly what he’d be doing and answered our questions well. There was a technical problem which meant we couldn’t use the tracker connection to monitor his journey to us so we weren’t sure when he’d arrive. This wasn’t Paul’s fault.

Arrived early, very pleasant lad greeted us and proceeded to get on with fixing my hoovers. Services completed and when testing them, found one to not performing as it could and recommended that parts permitting we have the motor replaced. Luckily he had one on board and motor was changed promptly. Excellent service thank you.

Ashley is pleasant and his mannerisms is explicit. I was fortunate to have him a second time and have requested that he will be assigned to future oven clean/washing machine service. Ryan arrived within the stated time. He was very pleasant, very respectful, very well mannered, hard working and a pleasure to have in the house. He did a very good job of cleaning both ovens, including removing the back panel on the bottom oven, which was a very tricky job. All the way through, Ryan kept us informed of specifics. The oven was gleaming by the time he finished. Thank you 🙂
