We live in the Raleigh-Durham area and we were in desperate need of new windows since ours were builder grade and original to the house. We are extremely happy with the ones ordered and installed from HCR. They are just beautiful. I can finally open my windows in case of a fire! The Homefix Custom Remodeling crew was outstanding to work with. I never make major purchases the day of the pitch, but the deal I was given was literally too good to refuse. Before hearing the sales pitch, we had already seen at least 5 different companies build a sample roof in my living room. This was easily the best design I had seen! We choose a Biscayne Blue tile. Our original 20 year old windows were leaking heat in and out so we were receptive to an excellent sales presentation by Chris G******. This resulted in a good quote for 18 HFCR Xtreme Windows which have been recently installed. We are very pleased with the results. The house is noticeably cooler since the Low-E windows don't pass heat in. We also hear a lot less noise from trains and traffic. Our roof was in really rough shape as were our gutters. HCR was in our neighborhood and offered to give us a free quote for our roofing project. Matt came out and gave us a quote that was entirely reasonable, was very patient with us and our questions, and very knowledgeable about roofing in general.
