This company is not good with contacting you and fixing problem, we had two bathroom shower remodeled and everything was good until it came to the shower doors which one bathroom ended up without one and the master shower door is up backwards so water flows on floor, cannot do floors in bathroom until this is fixed I put in claims they eventually send someone out but nothing ever happens and we got these done in Aug 2021. We just want a different door and we cannot get this fixed.
Not a remodeling company to do business with ,terrible customer service, and dont provide customer with agreed upon price quote.
This company leaves a lot to be desired. We had our entire house resided by this company and all of our windows replaced with them. We have a broken window latch that hasn't been repaired or replaced since installment. The siding subcontractor sided over our two external power outlets and despite multiple work orders and 3 appointments in which no one showed up or contacted us on the days as scheduled. I have asked this company for over 2 years to stop calling me! I am on the do not call directory and they will not comply with my request. STOP CALLING ME!

VERY bad experience, this is a predator company, Homefix Custom Remodeling. We needed the roof and siding replaced but they took advantage of our lack of knowledge. A salesman came out and asked us for an hour of our time but instead, they wasted 4.5 hours of our valuable time. They offered an extremely high price and did not take no for an answer. Contracted in Feb2021 for a bathroom remodel. There custom is not custom, causing me to fly, not once but twice from NY to Florida for an install that never took place. After they agreed first time to reimburse my first flight we later scheduled a second date guaranteeing me proper fit. That didn't happen. Requesting refund with flight payment. Getting no response.

I started searching online for a bathroom remodel and came across this company Home Fix Custom Remodeling. I received a called from Jenny xxxx Special Asst to the CEO asking was I interested in scheduling an estimate. Afterwards, someone else call from the company to schedule the date for the estimate. So the representative said i had 5 days to cancel. I read the contract its only 3 days. Then she said she was going to call them to cancel my account i should get a call. Nothing so now im trying to cancel it only to find out i have to submit it through writing with in 3 business days. It takes mail atleast 3 to 4 day to get to anywhere. This seems very scandalous.

Purchase window March 2021. Installed windows Friday July 23, 2021. The patio door has moisture in the window panes and the visiblilty is zero. I was told that was normal for windows. This was notice Monday, July 27, 2021. Put in warranty claim and was told nothing could be done to correct issue. This was totally normal. I took pictures for my records.
