If I could rate it less I would give it a -1 star. They destroyed my home and then sent others to "fix it". Didn't help at all! Worst experience ever! Destroyed my wood floors, carpets and my foyer was destroyed. Kept getting calls that I would hear from them to "fix" our satisfaction. NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK!

A company rep solicited a roof replacement estimate. Salesman came in the house to take photos inside my attic, then gave me an estimate of $44,766 to replace roof. But if I signed that day the cost would be $31,321. Really high pressure sales tactics. Since then I have had 4 estimates. None of the estimators came in the house, and most of the estimates were under $10,000. Buyer beware! I would give a zero star if I could.

They advertise via door to door solicitations during Covid quarantine. Not wearing masks correctly and not accepting of a stern NO.

Not happy with this company- took 2 months to begin the problem repair. Then they had to tear it out and start over due to poor workmanship. No one answers their phones. Waiting more than 3 weeks for a refund check.. will never use this company.

This company knocks on door to solicit business in neighborhoods that have clearly posted No Soliciting signs. In addition the solicitors are out knocking on doors after dark and are very pushy.

The below was written to Homefix on 2/1/21 in response to repeated advertisement emails. They had installed a new roof in 2019 that I was not completely satisfied with the workmanship. Blatant disregard for neighborhood "No Solicitation" signs. Sending swarms of sales reps throughout ********* neighborhoods, going to door-to-door in the dark, ringing doorbells and knocking. Claiming they are doing some work in the neighborhood and want to give neighbors the opportunity to sign up. Please stop this rude and abusive behavior. City of ********* does require a solicitation permit, but, regardless, businesses still need to heed the "No Solicitation" signs.

The company representative came to my home selling their product. Because I actually had window replacement on my list of to do, I decided to hear what they had to offer which they said takes 45 mins. However it took 2 different visits for me to get to the price which was what I was most concerned with. This company is garbage. Company tried to charge me 10,000 for french doors and once I found cheaper I attempted to cancel contract but willing to pay the 25% as stated in contract, I received SEVERAL phone calls from different people within the company attempting to persuade me to pay for the doors. HCR did not reach out to the manufacturer to stop the production of the doors, instead allowed them to make the doors in hopes that I would be talked into keeping the contract.
