Not happy with this company- took 2 months to begin the problem repair. Then they had to tear it out and start over due to poor workmanship. No one answers their phones. Waiting more than 3 weeks for a refund check.. will never use this company.

This company knocks on door to solicit business in neighborhoods that have clearly posted No Soliciting signs. In addition the solicitors are out knocking on doors after dark and are very pushy.

The below was written to Homefix on 2/1/21 in response to repeated advertisement emails. They had installed a new roof in 2019 that I was not completely satisfied with the workmanship. Blatant disregard for neighborhood "No Solicitation" signs. Sending swarms of sales reps throughout ********* neighborhoods, going to door-to-door in the dark, ringing doorbells and knocking. Claiming they are doing some work in the neighborhood and want to give neighbors the opportunity to sign up. Please stop this rude and abusive behavior. City of ********* does require a solicitation permit, but, regardless, businesses still need to heed the "No Solicitation" signs.

The company representative came to my home selling their product. Because I actually had window replacement on my list of to do, I decided to hear what they had to offer which they said takes 45 mins. However it took 2 different visits for me to get to the price which was what I was most concerned with. This company is garbage. Company tried to charge me 10,000 for french doors and once I found cheaper I attempted to cancel contract but willing to pay the 25% as stated in contract, I received SEVERAL phone calls from different people within the company attempting to persuade me to pay for the doors. HCR did not reach out to the manufacturer to stop the production of the doors, instead allowed them to make the doors in hopes that I would be talked into keeping the contract. This company is ridiculous. I have been working on remodeling / flipping homes for years now and I have never seen prices as high as these. The people show up in very expensive cars and give out quotes That are double if not triple the price of local companies That have a reputable name. The sales guy even thought it was appropriate to say the quality of work being done on my current project wasn't reliable and wouldn't hold up over time because I wasn't using their company to do the work. I had a rep come by and show me about windows and insulation. He did a great job. I was not financially able to have replacement windows installed. I thanked him and have kept his card. My problem started a week later and has continued(3/17/2020). Their call center keeps calling and HARRASSING me. They even spoofed my brother's number so I would answer. This is NOT the way to do business.
