Our roof was in really rough shape as were our gutters. HCR was in our neighborhood and offered to give us a free quote for our roofing project. Matt came out and gave us a quote that was entirely reasonable, was very patient with us and our questions, and very knowledgeable about roofing in general. My only concern is that my price went up slightly after installation, the windows were as quiet as I desired and the sealant took a long time to dry and I was left to put my shades back up bc of the drying time. Also, I have bars on the basement window in which Mark told me that they would remove and replace upon completion. Antonio did not have to remove the bars yet was able to install the windows. It was a pleasure working with Kai, he did an excellent job explaining the window hardware and installation process for my window replacements. These guys are the best. The roofing materials were second to none, the workmanship was stellar, and the job was done fast and ahead of schedule (and ahead of the rain!!). Also, the price was right. I would definitely recommend HCR to anyone. Oh, and their cleanup was second to none. I found only three nails and they were pretty well buried! And I almost forgot - they were able to color match to my old roof almost perfectly.

HCR installer did a great job on the walk in tub; he and his crew were professional and polite. They were careful and cleaned up well after the job. We love the walk in tub! I'd highly recommend Homefix Custom Remodeling.

Do not believe the 5 star ratings or the company responses. It is complete garbage, the sincere sounding responses appear to be complete lies. Im guessing many of the 5 star reviews are as well. This company is predatory, preying on my elderly mother. When told to leave we are not interested in any appointment, the young man began to verbally fight back. Low and behold another Homefix individual shows up for an appointment that was never made. When asked to leave he stated he had to call his supervisor to cancel the appointm... read more

Sales people ignored my 3 no soliciting signs and rang my bell at 7:50 pm, exciting my dogs, therefore waking up my two small children. Terrible business practice.

We contracted with them for new gutters in Nov '24 and we requested leaf guard on one side where we have a lot of trees. During the negotiation phase, the sales person said that he can get a lower price, and apparently dropped the leaf guard completely without telling us. They did the installation in Jan and in April the gutter on the tree side was already failing. They told us that it was our fault for allowing build up, but it built up because there was bowing.
