My wife and I went to Home World and Red Knot (a new furniture store connected to HW and affiliated with each other though actually are separate stores) a few weeks because we had to get a bunch of new furnishings for our new apartment. We walked in knowing that we had to get dressers, couches, a night stand, and a coffee table. We were actually intending on visiting multiple furniture stores. Just bought a TV stand. Gemal was very helpful in finding what I needed. The stand looks great with the rest of my furniture. The only bummer is that delivery is a $100 or you must allow some for some time to pick up at their wharehouse on Bougainville Drive. Gemal was very up front with that. It was also nice to put a deposit down to hold the item and to be able to pay for the rest over the phone without having to go back to the showroom. That was convenient for me. First time visiting the Pearlridge location! I was looking for ladder shelves and ergo desks. Unfortunately, there isnt anything close to what I was looking for at the moment. However, the saleslady, Gemel is very kind, patient, and informative.

aloha home world furniture manager! i am so very appreciate and happy to help me to return one years sofa and love seat. even though 50% discount return back but i still very happy. he sent two nice delivery men to pick up my big sofa and love seat. it was very helpful! i will shop homeworld furniture store again and introduce my friends and family!

3.5 stars. Sold me a moldy couch, but after some bumps, offered a nice fix. 4 stars if they follow through with it. Initially did a poor job addressing my concern. Family friend made a phone call and the higher ups took care of it quickly, professionally, generously. I would do business with them again but couldn't give them 4 stars. Walked in the store. Everyone trying to get a costumer. Everyone was nice though. The sales manager helped with finding a sofa. Demonstrated quite a bit. Helped figure out what would fit in my house. Finally he added that they had 2 discounts to add to my sofa and love seat. Saving me almost $1,000. Compared the prices online to see if it was legit. I bought an ekornes recliner from a man named earl at the honolulu location about 5 years ago, my recliner is in great condition but i wanted to get another. The man who was following me around was pleasant but kept walking away to talk to the front desk. I had questions but i couldnt locate him so i approached another salesman. This is the best place ever. We went in looking for a Click Clack Futon and found exactly what we were looking for. So comfortable! 499.00 dollars and we got a Military discount! So 450.00 and the you add the tax so it 467.00. What a deal! This is the best place to buy. Go in with a open mind and shop around before you buy. This is my best choice.

Nice and HUGE store. I went in 3 times before finally making a purchase and had a different salesperson each time and they were all just OK. With each new couch I shouldn't be asking all the questions: price, is it a sleeper, etc. So I didn't get the warm fuzzies from the sales team but it was enough to make a purchase. I appreciated the help and honesty applying for their 0% interest financing, along with the warning that the interest becomes 29% after 12 months!
