When I received my loan documents there was information that was told to me in the dealership that was not the same in the finance documents from Honda financial.
Wow. No tag within 30 days. Called for new tag and was blown off and told to call back when it was convenient for THEM (new salesperson Lindsay who also delivered my car a day later than promised with no notice). TERRIBLE service again. Highly disappointed.

My experience is the same as any other dealership. The price quoted on truecar.com was not honored. I wound up paying $2,368 more than intended. I must admit I didn't look at the paperwork closely enough to find how they manipulated the numbers. I recommend that you stay away from this dealership.

Follow up to a customer's request
I was there for 2 hours for an oil change. They used to be much faster not to mention price has doubled! I'm ready for a new car but i'll do a lot of shopping around first. Just not lke it used to be.
Our initial experience was great! The people were very accomidating while in the show room. BUYER BEWARE!! Our loan paperwork wasn't submitted until over 30 days had passed, our tag paperwork was not submitted either, I have made appearances, phone calls, emails, faxes, ect exactly when asked. And we still don't have the tag paperwork done. Now we are taking measures and getting more people involved.
