The salesman and the manager blatantly lied to us to make a sale. Had just moved here and traded in our car for a new one and they gave us a good deal. I questioned the salesman twice about getting a tag since we didn't have NC licenses yet. He told us no problem at all because they would fill out the paperwork and send it in and our new plate would come in the mail. To begin, everyone here was very polite and courteous. No issues at all with how I was treated or anything. My issue is that I brought my car in for a possible head-gasket failure. They took a look at my car and suggested that it might be a head gasket issue but they would need to change the thermostat first to see if that would resolve it. I okayed the repair, assuming that this was the best way to figure out if there was actually a head gasket issue. Fast forward a week or two later when my car starting doing the same t... read more

Honda North America does not support independently owned dealership Metro Honda on Hwy 74 in Indian Trail, NC. Alan, Honda North America Manager, says dealership has no record of recall/damaged glovebox done to my vehicle a year and a half ago/2016. In other words, Metro Honda keeps record of Takkata airbag recall appointment on my vehicle, but damage to interior glovebox is not noted, remembered, nor held accountable for damage caused by one of their service technicians. Have used and trusted this place over the last 4 years, BUT no more. I bought my van here, have brought it here for service for the past 4 years as well. This last time I made an appointment and then the service center said they couldn't find the appointment when I brought it in and had to find a mechanic to do my oil change. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. Two hours later I had to leave in the middle of my service because I had to pick up my son and at that time they had only completed the oil change. I've been doing research for a few weeks on purchasing a new car. I've been speaking and emailing with several different dealerships throughout this process. I'm sure others can relate that after awhile it's hard to keep track of whom you've contacted and what they said, etc. The car buying process is usually a stressful time for most people. Still waiting on a car key from a car I purchased in May of 2016. I have emailed and called repeatedly. They just ignore you. Avoid this place. There are so many better dealers in the area.

We had searched on line for new CRV and they had good inventory of what we wanted we've had bad buying experience with Scott clark and them hounding us monthly to trade in trade up so refused to deal there. We walked in n told the sales folks in showroom what we were looking for. Walked out to the lot showed us an found what we wanted walked in n started paper work they checked stock and found us the one we saw on line in the color we wanted processed paperwork made downpayment got keys n drove away. I was at Metro Thursday drove thru the lot parked in front of building got out walked to the left & looked at new red honda in front then looked at cars near it went inside looked at the awful green car then the black honda in front of it.one salesman walked by talking to a young lady [ HE DID SPEAK TO ME }but kept walking i sort of wandered a little found a chair at door sat down and watched& listened to them as they walked past me on their phones.
