RecommendedChris C. was at my door at 8am this morning to clear my kitchen drain. Cleared it quickly, addressed a few small issues that cropped up because of the clearing, and was out the door. Very pleasant and courteous, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Will call Horizon again!
Our tech came to do an annual cleaning while in the process a part broke and he ordered and returned another day to install at no charge to us. He was very thorough and courteous.

Just had Pad D. here today for my 6 month check. As always, Horizon did a great job. I really like how they don't try to "sell" you anything when doing "contract work." Its greatly appreciated, and I will continue to use them. Pat was very respectful, and professional. Please keep up the great work.
Frank was on time, very polite and efficient. I had called the night before and he was here at 8:00 a.m. Showed me what was wrong with the furnace, and fixed it.
We have dealt with Horizon many times between our two properties. Always professional, always courtesy and polite. May not be the cheapest, but I'll pay a little more for good service. Especially with 3 kids and two properties.
