Ryan and Johnny (Assistant) were courteous, and respectful and tried to provide best options available for the plumbing repair needed. Although, my device was older and could not be repaired, they offered a few options for its replacement. Jason came to the house for furnace maintenance. He was very professional, right on time and did a great job. I was very pleased with the whole experience. This was the first time we used Horizon. Excellent job!
No one likes it when things break but since my heater decided that's what it wanted to do, I'm extremely grateful that you folks sent James G. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what had happened and why and what I should do to keep the system running well. I'm very happy with how everything turned out! This past weekend our heat went out, although the motor kept running periodically it was not throwing warm air. The room temperature was continually dropping. I decided to call HORIZON Services, as I had used them this past Summer and was very satisfied with their knowledge and timely manner in which the job was completed. Problem -- Saw that my water heater was leaking. Then, noticed it was over 15 years old! Needed a change. Solution: I called Horizon Services. Andrew S. was a fantastic technician. He was down-to-Earth, explained solutions, and provided a little education as well. He and his assistant were polite and respectful to my house. They did their best not to track dirt through my house and cleaned up after they were done. Thank you!
