My heating system was tuned up by Horizon it was the best service call I ever had , Douglas Marshall , the technician was a professional . We called Horizon this morning @7:30 because our heat wasn't kicking on. We were told the serviceman would be at our home between 8-12. He arrived shortly after 8am, checked the thermostat and then looked at the furnace. Frank explained that there was simply a loose connection which he adjusted. He was courteous, pleasant, informative and efficient. Great service!
I have used Horizon for many years. I feel that they are always on time and very thorough with their service. They don't pressure you into costly purchase or repairs, and do a tremendous job in explaining the services completed and what might need to be done in the future. For my last service I had Rocco A. He was there for a scheduled tune up of my boiler/furnace. We had some drainage issues, we have been using Horizon for our heating & a/c and did not hesitate to use them again, Mike R. came out and quickly sorted the clogged drain for us, their technicians are always friendly and have we've never had an issue with Horizon. Thanks!
I hoped Horizon could help with a drain/sewer line that was clogged. They sent Kenneth H. out to assist me with this, and he was on time, and all the things you would expect from a professional; polite, competent, and ready to get the job done. He came, gave us our options, walked us through everything, and the work was all done in the matter of a few hours. He was friendly and explained everything so we would understand.
