Jared was as courteous and helpful as we have come to expect from Horizon technicians. In the past, their guys have gone out of their way to help us and today was no exception. Jared was excellent. Came in on the day before Thanksgiving and fixed my heating problem in no time. And the fact that he didn't judge me for being the idiot who caused the heating problem myself in the first place by delaying to change the filter, made it even better. Horizon is going to be on our go to list from now on.
