Mixed feelings... my HVAC unit stopped working last night. I set up an appointment for this morning and the technician charged $650 to replace a capacitor... less than 45 mins of work (including his write-up)??? He was polite and resolved my problems... but in all fairness, I feel that the company is overcharging for their services. I will not recommend!
I am very disappointed in their emergency service. They forgot yo relight my stove and oven. I have been told they will put me on the 4-8pm schedule..... This huge company has no one on emergency calls, you wait like everyone else.

The company charged 421 dollars for a 30 dollar part. Thats a 1400 percent markup !To a 65 year old mentally handicapped man in a wheelchair! Who receives a very small monthly disability check. I reached out to them with phone calls and emails and received no response! The part in question, a capacitor which is the number one problem with outdoor units . Literally a 5 minute job to replace! I would never use horizon services after the interaction I have with one of your employees assaulting me while he is wearing horizon services shirt. that is certainly giving me pause for using your services if I ever do or if I ever considered it in the future. Would not recommend. Difficult to get a hold up. You can’t speak with anyone local. First encountered them at a local baseball game. I have numerous rental properties and they ask for my business. But you call a number and get someone who will just lie to you when they answer the phone. Worst service ever. Sitting in my condo sweating because the earliest they can come is Wednesday to fix the screwup that they did last Friday. If you want someone you can trust don’t choose horizon.
