The room had a few issues that i had to get resolved and let the staff know about at check out. Just didnt want to get charged for any
Clean room nice size nice bathroom. It was extremely hot and the beds are a little hard but we will stay there again
Room appeared great but sleep was rough due to poor pillows and mattress, and the inability to adjust temperature to our selected temperature. Overall we enjoyed our time at the Horseshoe.
Love the horseshoe Casino. Hotel is definitely in need of a major renovation however the staff were friendly and helpful.
Quiet, clean, great bed
My only issue was the in room air conditioner, did not work so it was very hot in the room. Thankfully we were able to open windows otherwise it would have been to terrible for sleeping.
Not very friendly
The room was nice. Waited forever for dinner at the brewery/ sports bar. Waited 20 minutes for service once we were seated. Didn't get menus or drinks so we moved to the bar so someone would notice us. The appetizer of potato skins were burnt and cold. Burgers were overcooked. Seemed like a staffing issue
