Floor 5 VERY loud in the early morning hours. Mattress extremely lumpy. Constant smell of burning insulation
Our dinner was very good, drinks were very good; however, checkin was a bit of a snag. We were given a room, but it was occupied. Had to return to the lobby to get a new room and was no longer connected to our other room.

The front desk was very helpful in making sure we got the room we wanted. The room was clean and staff were very friendly. Very affordable and great accommodations!

Shower dripped constantly. The window was open and the turn knob was broken, we had to take both of us to get the window closed. There was no handle on the inside of the bathroom door. No microwave in the room. No water pressure in the shower, kinda just dribbled out.

Property was clean and comfortable. Connected to Lady Luck so we walked through the building getting to enjoy both casinos without stepping outside. We did venture across the street to Monarch as well. Very convenient and accessible. Only negative was that on the restaurant they charge $3 if you order to go
