Too pricey for all the issues we had. No soap For bathroom. No gym no spa The bed was slightly hard for me. No a c or heater working. (December) so window was open. Location was good on man street. Bar food good and great value. Starbucks inside of hotel but last day espresso machine broke but then they fixed it 20 minutes later.
Pleasant Staff was slow and sometimes rude. They ran out of ice buckets. The TV was locked down and wouldn't let us use our laptop with HDMI. The hot chocolate machine was broken the entire time. There were additional fees not listed on the booking app Location
