The room was clean, well-kept but the Heater was so high - it was stuffy. We could not sleep all night. Though we opened the windows turned off the heater altogether - our room had 0 ventilation.

The Casino and our room was so hot. We had to leave the door cracked in the suite and the window open in the regular room. This is in winter and the outside temp was like 29F but inside it must have been 90 degrees! Please fix the AC/heating system.

Room was decent, staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower had OK pressure, but took a while. And had to let the front desk know our sink was cracked. From friends in another room, sounds like they might have a few of those.
