The room seemed a little outdated. The A/C did not work well. It couldn’t cool the room. Had to open windows at night to cool off the room. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. All the Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body wash containers in the shower were empty. We stayed on the 6th floor. The fridge couldn’t cook the water bottles I had put in there.

The property needs to be updated. Only 2 elevators were working, barely. The refreshment areas were out of coffee. The rooms are nice but lack the amenities of properties like the Monarch. If Ceasars wants to compete they need to update the hotel.

The ac in the room did not work

Unfortunately, there are time when our AC system is shut down during the winter and early spring due to the very low overnight temperatures that we experience in the mountains. The a/c was broken and our room was an oven the whole night at 82 degrees. There also was no soap/shampoo provided.

Air conditioning broken 82 in room but when opening the doors to let in cold air in the unit outside was very loud. Maintenance brought a fan but it was broken. The bed this time around was a little hard. The staff was great and too Clean. Hopefully this was just a one time experience
