Pleasant My wife and I stayed valentine's day to find very dirty sheets on the bed we arrived back to the room late and just decided to sleep on top of the blankets and we would talk to the manager in the morning. The manager told us it is standard not to change the bottom sheet and was told it was just dog hair. The sheet was covered in black hairs and multiple yellow stains. Your feedback is invaluable to us. We believe that this is a misunderstanding. Hotel beds are made up with only flat sheets in the Hospital style with a top sheet over a blanket, a sheet under the blanket and a final sheet underneath which is a mattress cover that is not to be removed between stays to keep the mattress sanitary and eliminate a vector for certain pests. Pleasant Elevator stopped working. Popcorn was only available to VIP. Window in room was broken. No other activities besides gambling in the resort. Our room was far from elevator and we requested to be close. Room

Good The heater would not stop running in the room so we had to leave the patio door open to keep it from being overly warm. We did contact the front desk, but they did not send maintenance up. We ate dinner at the bar and grill and received a raw hamburger, but the waitress did offer to take it off the bill. The room was a good size and the bartender Alexandria in the main bar and grill was fantastic. Security was also really friendly, and even cracked some jokes with us.
