Staff was largely friendly and rooms/casino clean; however, good service was short staffed and poorly managed which took away from the experience a bit. I appreciated the flexibility for the dog.

Hotel rooms not well maintained. No air circulation although in-room unit ran continuously. Every guest in our party (4 rooms) said the same about their room. Our room had the additional bonus of mold in the shower and low water flow.

most staff seemed over worked and not customer friendly. couldn't get front desk to answer phone ordered room service and it never arrived. they charge $11 for one hour late checkout...hmmm

Clean nice room. Decent price. Check in was fine but rep didn’t tell us anything about hotel. Would’ve appreciated knowing about parking, if breakfast is available, etc.
