The room was nice. I am housekeeping manager and there was hair on the toilet as well as the floor next to the toilet. Stain on the pillow case and on the mattress pad

At first the rooms looked nice but we had multiple things not work. Including the coffee pot, mini fridge, and the window would not close properly. Also the beds were uncomfortable. We felt like it was way overpriced for the quality we received
