My only issue was the in room air conditioner, did not work so it was very hot in the room. Thankfully we were able to open windows otherwise it would have been to terrible for sleeping.

The room was nice. Waited forever for dinner at the brewery/ sports bar. Waited 20 minutes for service once we were seated. Didn't get menus or drinks so we moved to the bar so someone would notice us. The appetizer of potato skins were burnt and cold. Burgers were overcooked. Seemed like a staffing issue

Staff was largely friendly and rooms/casino clean; however, good service was short staffed and poorly managed which took away from the experience a bit. I appreciated the flexibility for the dog.

Hotel rooms not well maintained. No air circulation although in-room unit ran continuously. Every guest in our party (4 rooms) said the same about their room. Our room had the additional bonus of mold in the shower and low water flow.
