They didn't get job done and car still does the same thing after I took it in to them

How do you explain garbage, you can't. Garbage is the perfect word for husker auto. Especially jim melosi. That man is a slimey used car lowlife. Never again.
I waited two hours for them to tell me they didnt have the part needed to fix the recall.
Not very good. Wouldn't negotiate on price. Business documents were handled on a tablet which was hard to read. Will not recommend to others.
takes way too long to get paperwork done. I sat in there for almost 2 hours, at least 1 hour waiting to see someone, then they have to talk, talk, talk, for another hour. Then being cheap send us email to get paperwork to take to license the vehicle, when it used to be the dealer gave you the customer all the information you would need to do that. They need to speed things up.
This dealership was not honest about all of the issues that were present in a used vehicle we purchased from them.
I was treated very poorly at this dealership. Bought a 40k truck that was "certified" right until before I signed papers. Didn't know then what I do now, the transmission on this truck is absolute trash. Hard shifts. Vibrations and rumbles. According to husker auto this is "normal" acceptable operation. They refuse to fix my truck even with a warranty. Crooked. Shady. Conniving. Would rate a -10 out of 10. Terrible customer service/ terrible experience. Save yourself the head and heartache!!!
They did not perform all of the services listed and paid for. They changed the oil and the filter and wipers. No inspection, no tire rotation and no car wash.
