Deceptive sales mislead me then switched price by $2000. Tried to and got me to agree to a $4000 warranty plan that I had to cancel. Gave me a week runaround after complaining. Don't do business with these outright crooks. I would give them a minus 5 stars.

The store makes guesses on the repairs. My advisor would go days without returning my phone calls. Several messages left daily for updates went unanswered. The store manager also never once returned my phone calls. My initial repair was met with my car stalling on me again 10 miles from the dealership. It then took them a couple of weeks to not figure out whats wrong with my vehicle.

Took 4 hours to complete a job they said would take 2, that was tough because I just had total knee replacement surgery, waiting 4 hours was hard!!!
A 2-3 hour service turned into 4 hours, making me late for another appointment. Also the shuttle service was poor. It did not pick me up so I had to find my own way back to the dealership adding to my frustration and causing me to lose more time needed to make it to my next engagement.

I was told upon dropping my vehicle off that the work they were doing on my Jeep should take no more than a week. They dodge phone calls, I left voicemails every day with no answer. Four weeks later (to the day) and I finally got it back. The issue that it was brought in for had not been resolved only now it came back and it leaks coolant as well. Turns out they didnt put it back together right and the head gasket leaks. Overall terrible communication and service.

Didn't like having to talk to a third party phone operator in Asia to try to schedule an appointment. Tires didn't get rotated, but got charged for it. I guess they thought I would not notice.
