I was emailing the salesperson on Monday and he told me the pickup had just come in and they were giving it a look over and they were going to detail it and then they'd call. Then on Tuesday the salesperson texts me that another party had put a deposit on the vehicle. I asked him why I wasn't allowed to do that on Monday and he had a bunch of BS answers. Never met such an incompetent salesperson in my life. I definitely won't buy anything from these guys.

Mechanic said, Brakes were ready to be replaced on the front. There was over 3/4 of the pad left. Waited an hour and 40 minutes for the service to be completed. I have been using Husker for years and have never had this type of issue.

I didn't buy the vehicle you are writing me about. I do not have a Subaru Forester and don't know why you have my email address or why you are contacting me about this car. I did recently purchase a 2023 Ford F-150. I have no idea if Husker Auto Group has anything to do with that purchase.

I did not like that it took 2 weeks to replace a seatbelt harness and how long it took them to actually schedule the appointment

I took my vehicle in to get a Zaktek coating put on and have a front axil replaced as they said it needed it. All fine except they forgot to do what I originally brought it in for, the Zaktek. I rescheduled and they got it on EXCEPT they put a chip in the paint and won't stand behind fixing it. They are telling me they won't do anything about it. Our vehicle was in for over a week. Granted we were eventually told it was because one of the parts from Nissan was delayed. My complaint would be the lack of communication. This happened when we bought the Nissan a month earlier to when we had the two issues taken care of a month later. We cannot remember a time where the communication between us and a company was so poor. The communication between the service department and salesmen was very poor as well.

BOUGHT A PICKUP WITH 26,000 MILES BEFORE WE GOT HOME THE RADIO SCREEN WENT BAD WHICH CAUSED THE A/C, HEATER, RADIO NOT TO WORK. THEY SAID NO WARRANTY WAS ON TRUCK SINCE IT WAS A 2018 EVEN THOUGH IT LOOKED IN GOOD SHAPE WITH A PRICE OF $33,398.00 WHICH WE PAID WITH CHECK. WOULD WE BUY FROM THERE AGAIN NO.
