They forgot to adjust the air in my tires after they were rotated.

Worst experience I have ever had getting this service completed.
When I scheduled the service appt I wanted an oil change and also for them to do the recall on my car. When I got to the dealership they said "Oh, we have to order the parts for the recall". Therefore, I had to make a second trip across town. Poor service. If doing a recall on your car make sure they have the parts first.
Vehicle on return trip back to me was in an accident and totaled. Other driver at fault. They still wanted to charge me for the work done. Requested other driver insurance cover it.
