It is making me pick two stars, but in reality, our recent experience was zero stars. We were told they could work on the vehicle that morning so we dropped it off at 7:30 but they never even got it in the shop until the afternoon. We were never informed of anything until we called and asked what was going on...then three phone calls later, we finally were able to talk to a service advisor. We will never go here again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had! To get my vehicle fixed started in December didnt get done till April! Called many times with no return calls. Very disappointed!! On the rating it wont let me give it a 1 star...

I purchased my car from here a couple weeks before and ended up having to call to service my car and get zaktek put on when they said they would call me.
I will drive the two hours to the dealership who I purchased my vehicle from before I will go back.
