    no customer service support whatever. you have to pay professionals to come out if anything is wrong.

    Device disconnect randomly too often

    iAquaLink needs to get into the modern era with their UI. Having to access an external web link for tuning things like schedule is pretty bad.

    Firmware will not update and app constantly loses connection

    I have a zodiac pool robot. The app shows that its connected but theres nothing in the circle in the middle when the robot is running. There are no notifications when the cycle is finished either. How can we fix this?

    Very troublesome app. After spending almost 1 hour to get the controller to not only link to Bluetooth and the the Wi-Fi thought all was going to be great, but no! When opening the app it's a 1% chance that you'll actually be able to use it. The app will register and see the system showing a green dot but often that's as far as it will go. The app won't open the settings and you have to close and open it several times and eventually you'll get the info and settings only to stop function again.

    I have to say I'm disappointed in this app. I just had my pool installed a week ago and since then, the app hasn't even worked half the time. It either can't connect (despite having great service/wifi) or I get "Sorry, an error has occurred". Both of which I can't access anything with my system. I am extremely disappointed.

    Absolutely useless app. Rarely connects. Laggy. Why bother having an app at all if it is this bad? Would give it 0 stars if possible.
