The iAqualink software is terrible. It controls almost all of my systems but adding components is not always easy. My main issue is the user interface is terrible. I don't have any othre pool systems to comare it to but for general user experience this software feels 20 years out of date. The software can already control your system so it should be able to do rutines (which it kind-of can) but it's convoluted and difficult. It also loses connectivity a lot. Not due to signal strength.

Abysmal. You can't link a polaris robotic pool cleaner unless you SET your wifi to 2.4. Even then it's hit and miss. If you can't connect, getting the robot aimed at a wall in a free form pool is a waiting game. So avoid the app and their robot unless you enjoy being frustrated beyond belief. I did not imply that the 2.4 speed is slower, but that you have to change the setting to 2.4. The app and the cleaner are garbage!

The app continually disconnects from my pool I have to manually reconnect it to my pool to see or change any setting.
