The app constantly errors out that I have to use the web version to turn the heater off.

No problems 2 months ago when packed robotic cleaner away. Got cleaner out to give pool a clean as dirty. Now app constantly complains about firmware failing to download and complete. Left for several hours, still complains of same thing. Tried unplugging for about 1hr and trying again, still fails. Now when trying to start cleaner from control box the cleaner, IQ 6050, goes around in circles will not work properly. Of course just out of warranty as well. Is it app, firmware or real fault. 🤬

The robot works great, but the app and customer service is terrible. I have sent multiple messages to customer service and never get a response. Firmware updates fail, and the only assistance that I can get is a pop-up message telling me to contact customer service. I've tried, multiple times. In 2026, making a phone call should not be the only way to receive a response from a company! They have all of my contact info from when I had to register my device.
