Great cleaner, horrible Android app. Thank God I have an iPad too because although the android app and iPad app look the same, the android one is full of bugs. the iPad app works flawlessly. android app constantly says the firmware update failed and doesn't allow you to do anything because it just resets to the main screen. also the remote hardly works on android app and lift system also bugs out and doesn't spin or respond correctly. again iPad app these functions work fine but not android.

firmware update error on evplux 6050i pool robot always for months. App doesn't display pool robot is on or current status. it works to turn on the robot but does not change display on app interface. so you dont know if it has worked or not. got to visually monitor the robot. Useless! app needs full redevelopment. stuck in endless firmware update failed loop.

it's often buggy, throws errors every time I use it. you have to switch between tabs to make sure you're seeing the correct info as it gets out of sync with reality.

We had a 9450 for years but panel fried. I like cleaner, just put in and seems to be cleaning. I like the flow of water out the back, like jet propulsion that blows super fine sediment around, allowing it circulate thru normal filtration. As for the app, doesn't do anything for me. I am not going to watch my cleaner and "drive" it to where dirt is. I would like to see a way to draw out pool and have the app show the paths of cleaning live, and at end. Why would I need to turn it on from app?

constantly have to restart the unit to get it to reconnect to their servers. it's not a Wi-Fi issue. It's a hardware issue. they ship with terrible support. been this way ever since I got it, nothing you could do they'll just keep telling you to update and restart but ultimately I have to restart it probably once a month just to get reconnected. super inconvenient.

The iAqualink software is terrible. It controls almost all of my systems but adding components is not always easy. My main issue is the user interface is terrible. I don't have any othre pool systems to comare it to but for general user experience this software feels 20 years out of date. The software can already control your system so it should be able to do rutines (which it kind-of can) but it's convoluted and difficult. It also loses connectivity a lot. Not due to signal strength.
