I'm a software developer and this app is simply full of bugs. On a regular basis it will not respond to controls, so when I am remote I literally have to check my security camera to see if it is working! Now it says that the firmware update failed and to contact support... which is a 41 minute hold time! it's a never ending loop. it also doesn't save custom settings.. it's as if it loses it's memory? it's just bad UI and bad programming.

No problems 2 months ago when packed robotic cleaner away. Got cleaner out to give pool a clean as dirty. Now app constantly complains about firmware failing to download and complete. Left for several hours, still complains of same thing. Tried unplugging for about 1hr and trying again, still fails. Now when trying to start cleaner from control box the cleaner, IQ 6050, goes around in circles will not work properly. Of course just out of warranty as well. Is it app, firmware or real fault. 🤬
