    The app constantly errors out that I have to use the web version to turn the heater off.

    Hi Mari, Please ensure that the wifi signal out by your pool is consistently at least 10 Mbps and uses a 2.4 GHz wifi network. If you accidentally exit the schedule screen without saving, it can lock up web access, which you can reset by powering off/on your unit.     No problems 2 months ago when packed robotic cleaner away. Got cleaner out to give pool a clean as dirty. Now app constantly complains about firmware failing to download and complete. Left for several hours, still complains of same thing. Tried unplugging for about 1hr and trying again, still fails. Now when trying to start cleaner from control box the cleaner, IQ 6050, goes around in circles will not work properly. Of course just out of warranty as well. Is it app, firmware or real fault. 🤬

    The app doesn't work well. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it still doesn't work. I'm returning my pool cleaner.

    So frustrating to try to communicate with tech support so understaffed I assume. Why bother as I can probably search YouTube and get better help.

    The robot works great, but the app and customer service is terrible. I have sent multiple messages to customer service and never get a response. Firmware updates fail, and the only assistance that I can get is a pop-up message telling me to contact customer service. I've tried, multiple times. In 2026, making a phone call should not be the only way to receive a response from a company! They have all of my contact info from when I had to register my device.
