could not log in and manage the pool system; could not reset password; could not even submit a support ticket through the app. I am wondering who built this app. Have you guys run the basic QA validation when you deployed the app? Considering how much people spent on the equipment, it is very irresponsible to release something so unreliable like this.

This thin is a nightmare. It won't opwn half the time and the control seem to have a mind of there own. Don't but this POS
Constant connection issues. Repeatedly signs me out of my account. When I try to sign back in, I'm told my password doesn't work. I reset my password. Then, I'm told my new password doesn't work. No customer service available on Friday in the middle of the day.
