Hands down the worst app I'm forced to use. Have it connected to its own 2.4HGz wifi connection but it fails to stay connected for longer than an hour. Anytime I want to make changes to the pump I'm forced to delete the pump from the app and go through the process of re-adding it. Update to response: Called technical support per recommendation and the person was very rude and unhelpful. Was told to pay a technician to come out to troubleshoot.

Doesn't work on Android. Tried multiple pixel and Samsung phones and tablets. Can't connect to WiFi. No signals found. Is not an eeros issue. I have a dedicated standalone 2.4g router for buggy devices. It just doesn't detect any Wi-Fi signals at all

interface is kinda garbage, have to refresh systems constantly to connect. doesn't always reflect current status

This app has problems the web feature to change the settings hasn't worked for a long time you need to pause and restart app alot or features won't work aswell I'm looking into removing this system which is disappointing after not using it long and costing me thousands to put in also it is normal activity as I've read lots of other users having same issues and I've been trying to reach someone
