    app shuts down a lot. requires a manual restart from the electrical box. at least once a week.

    the same light setting and modes have been the same for the 3+ years I've had the pool. no other combinations available for each holiday ? I have Govee lights for less than a year and have seen multiple updates and modes pushed to the app.

    Crashes all the time. I have to close the app and restart it to reconnect. I have to do that at least 4 or 5 times any time I use the spa. Also it sometimes loses connection for no obvious reason and I get the little red dot instead of the green one, and when that happens I typically have to power cycle the main control unit which I obviously can't do remotely. That is annoying if I want the spa to have heated up by the time I arrive home. For a system which was very expensive it's disappointing

    it should allow for more individual colors. why are some colors offered in groupings, but not individually?

    Notifications on pool cleaner stopped working about 2 months ago. Not happy. They do work on my iPad. It's NOT a notification setting either.

    intermittent control connection. Doesn't recognise cleaning cycle immediately. very annoying.

    Needs a lot tweaking to get this app right. Very hit and miss if it's actually going to display what the pool cleaner is doing and whether the functions will actually work. Most of the time, it's less frustrating just using the console. I can control the cleaner with my phone, connect, set required function...etc, and it responds, but it doesn't display what it's doing on my phone. This is what I mean when I say it needs tweaking. I'm in Australia BTW.......why send me a US base number to call?
