    Worst developed app i have ever attempted. tried iphone and android version. neither work.

    Randomly goes down for days at a time leaving me unable to control my pool pump and spa heater!

    App works fine until you click the button for WEB. Then it tines out and does nothing. It looks like the web page is no longer working so now I can no longer do many functions on my phone that I could before like changing the speeds on my variable speed pumps. Jandy needs to get with the program and update their apps. It's absurd that it's the only pool hardware thay can't be controlled via smart home services like Google and Alexa.

    More times than not, I can't operate my pool due to system errors or the system is not operating properly. This is very frustrating.

    nothing is working. the app stopped and I can't control my pool

    App constantly times out on my s24U. The web interface doesn't work at all for scheduling, I need to set schedule on wife's iPhone. The entire Jandy system seems terrible. It reminds me of something stuck in the 90s. Changing color on lights it has to cycle through like 15 options to go to the color. The scheduling interface is laggy and not touch friendly.

    This app is horrible. takes over 20 minutes to load, freezes, says sorry there was an issue connecting. I have to wait sometimes 20 minutes just to turn on my spa and heater by the time the app works. even in web mode it just spins. they really need to fix it.

    still times out garbage zero stars buy different product trash product poor maintenance, buggy all day every day, not worth buying, stay away at all cost

    since the app was updated I have not been able to log in even though I go back and reset my password. this has become so frustrating and not only that but the wall unit has cracked and is barely readable so I can't do anything in that respect either. at this point I prefer the old app!
