    only works about 5% if the time. mostly, it freezes or says it lost connection. a lot of times, it will show that I turned lights off, but they are still on.

    App is ok but the customer service on the Jandy products the app supports is ABOMINABLE They don't answer the phone no matter the time of day and if you use option "leave message we'll call you back" they never do

    app shuts down a lot. requires a manual restart from the electrical box. at least once a week.

    the same light setting and modes have been the same for the 3+ years I've had the pool. no other combinations available for each holiday ? I have Govee lights for less than a year and have seen multiple updates and modes pushed to the app.

    Crashes all the time. I have to close the app and restart it to reconnect. I have to do that at least 4 or 5 times any time I use the spa. Also it sometimes loses connection for no obvious reason and I get the little red dot instead of the green one, and when that happens I typically have to power cycle the main control unit which I obviously can't do remotely. That is annoying if I want the spa to have heated up by the time I arrive home. For a system which was very expensive it's disappointing

    Notifications on pool cleaner stopped working about 2 months ago. Not happy. They do work on my iPad. It's NOT a notification setting either.
