Horrible app, literally have to reboot my device to get this app to connect to the Polaris, this is an expensive cleaner to have such poor performance from the app. I finally put my old 280 model in to clean the floor of the pool.

I've had this system and I've never even been able to connect it to my phone. I get to the connected stage on my phone and it says it is connected but there is no internet. Then the Bluetooth connection times out and I have to go back outside and do it again. Totally frustrating.

If there was a no star rating, this app would deserve it. Absolutely useless, connection and operation is mediocre at best. I feel scammed buying this product and all the automation associated. More headaches now then when on manual.

I understand it works with Alexa but Alexa is for people with iOS because Siri sucks. Android folks use Google Home.

The app appears to sit on 20 plus year old technology. It hangs frequently and I have had to reinstall it twice which makes me wonder about its security. When it works, it works well but the constant problems makes me wonder about its security and if I have introduced something dangerous to my phone. Using this app is a little like playing Jenga with Legos; it works but it constantly annoys you when you are trying to have fun. Downrate your pool co too.
