    App freezes at WiFi Search. Normally, I am forced to re-register my device annually, annoying on it's own but used to eventually work. This year however, the app freezes when looking for a WiFi connection so I now have ZERO remote features to my pool cleaner - and there are easily a dozen WiFi signals within range including mine. Several emails to dev have gone unanswered. Super annoying.

    After the July 24th update the app is working consistently I can control my equipment on the web interface but the app sucks. I called for service with technical support on Friday morning your automated phone message indicated there was a 70 minute wait but I could leave my number and they would call me back. I did never got a call back send a text message to the app no response send an email no response call back said your office was closed. This is unacceptable. You need to deal with.

    HORRIBLE company to deal with! After SEVERAL days of trying to contact them via anyway possible...still nothing! System will not connect to the internet anymore. After researching, found out the company changed their programing and has not or will not update! We've had ours for less than 2 yrs. We updated our internet and extender to the most you can get. Uninstalled reinstalled the app. Have tried everything to get it to work on our phones again. NOTHING!!!! Absolutely unacceptable 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    I had this system for several years and just quick working. The connector shows green but the app is red. Support has not been helpful. It leads me to believe they are not being transparent with the app and system.

    Since the update, i can no longer select what color i would like for the pool lights. I can only turn them off and on.

    When it is connected, it works. But it disconnects all the time. When I do a logout and then a login again, it works again. For a while... Then logout/login again...

    eXO iQ + FloPro VS: when I change the RPM for a timer it changes on the APP and the eXO iQ visually but the pump stays at the previous RPM. I must revalidate the value on the eXO iQ to make it work so it's useless. Also I tried to contact support, they don't want to help me, they only work with professional. I spent >5000€ on 3 Zodiac products, it's a shame, my professional doesn't understand connected objects and cannot help me. Also the app doesn't display pump wattage... Very bad experience!!

    Old technology. Clunky, unreliable. The whole point of this was to be able to control the pool remotely, but if you're told to restart the system when you're not sway, it defeats the whole purpose. Useless.

    When are we going to see native integration with Google Assistant and specifically the Google Home app? It has been YEARS since this feature has been requested by many users, including myself. No excuses anymore, Alexa integration has been out for quite some time already.
