    Called customer support for help as the unit doesn't keep a connection with the internet and was told my extender is too powerful for the unit. I have reset so many times its ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend this system wish I could get my money back

    The app works, but it's a really clunky old-looking app with a very difficult to use web-based interface

    Always offline, it was offline for a month. Was up last week, now offline again. 😫 Again, back to the offline. It's 2022 and still having offline issues 😫

    I tried to register with 3 different emails, all of which are apparently already registered but won't receive password change emails no matter what

    pump needed repair after 2 months, the lights won't come on, salt generator says the salt level is fine, but Leslie's says I need to add 200 more pounds of salt. I never had these issues with Pentair or Hayward equipment.

    pathetic mobile app, very slow response. needs a lot of improvement on the interface and integration with the robot

    The mobile app AND the website are available about 10% of my attempts to access them, even when all of my other wireless apps work fine. It's super frustrating.
