    It unfortunately sucks, but when it actually works it's fine. Connection issues, crashes, says I'm offline etc. It's not my wifi connection because everything else works fine at my house so it is something on their end. I've had to call their technical support several times for help... Update 7/2022 Now it has trouble going to the Web functions page. It just sits and spins and never loads. I have cleared the cache, rebooted my phone, and I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app. INCONSISTENT.

    The app is very slow, often crashes and has some connection issues. It is not possible to change pool's name unless you delete and re-cofigure the system. It would be good to have an history chart of ph, Rx and temp values (like the blueconnect). A web version (for professionals desktop monitoring) is appreciate.

    This ap is terrible. Says that system is in service mode when it's clearly not and the handheld device works. I tried to contact services and even the ap went permit that.

    constantly looses connection from app to pool controller. please fix this!

    What the heck is a communication error 10? My robot starts, runs for maybe 5 minutes max now, then shuts off with this error everytime. The main box is definitely connected to WiFi. I've tried unplugging and replugging in the main box...no change. Should I return to Leslie's or what??

    This company clearly doesn't know what they are doing! I should have never bought this robot. My product is not listed so I can connecting to the WIFI. Waste of money.

    Latest update is messed up. Connectivity is intermittent (it's not me, this happened immediately after the update) When I do connect the filter pump keeps defaulting to on (despite being off before accessing the app and previously being turned off in the app). And I am now unable to add a schedule entry to my schedule. How can I revert to the previous version? And now I receive a response via email to my technical support request and it says I will receive a response in 48-72 hours!!!

    Most of the functionality has to be done in a web wrapper. The app is close to useless. The web wrapper functionality is great. It's a shame they don't develop the app a bit more. That's where things are going...a long time ago.
