The app is kinda basic...there aren't many options and you could just as easily do it all from the console.
Not sure if it's the app or the cleaner. Spent some big money on the cleaner and will send it back cuz I've spent two hours trying to get their app to work. If Polaris is going to charge $1k+ for a "smart" cleaner, they should likely invest in better software engineers.
Unable to register, says email already in use (despite never signing up before and trying several email addresses....). App sign-up seems totally broken

Terrible functions / ability to configure / no extensive guide or setup option. No notes on webportal? I can get the app to connect on my home network and on my phone -but when I leave that network - I lose connectivity. Unfortunately -the company provides no detailed guide beyond a limited quick start guide to help. Youtube videos do not help either. Just give your consumers what they need and dont act like they cant set things up themselves. Then I try to give feedback and app says "no"!
Sucks. Very cumbersome to use, and ugly. No reason to contact you... 1) Make it not crash so much. 2) Make the web interface connect better and not time out. 3) Make the app do everything the Web interface does. 4) Make it less ugly (web interface is built for a specific tablet in landscape, should be responsive. 5) Make it easy to do multiple things (one touch has no pool light option). 6) Make it less confusing on Pool vs Spa. 7) Make Alexa linking better. 8) Show delay timers
