    The app starts, log-in correctly, but than in the pools list, I'm not able to acces since more than a month to the single system, the app remains in loading forever. (I'm trying to access to the pools where I've Exo system installed), those systems are correctly connected and showed as online. I've tried to cancel cache and data, unistall and re-install the app, tried the app in a different smarthpone, without any success. Unfortunately also changing the password didn't help!

    Upgraded to 3 since their wonderful tech support walked me through getting our system back online in the app. Love the WEB option but have you looked at how the schedule appears on mobile? Please update your front end display so it can actually be read and used. I have a screenshot if you need it for coding display purposes. Also interesting how my 1 star review for being offline for no reason is no longer here. Hmmm...

    works but horrible design for a pool. users have to be logged into their account to control their pool... if your internet is down... your pool will NOT work

    This app is terrible. Constantly fails to connect to my Android device. So frustrating and features are too few and basic.

    Our system outside shows connected to the web (green light) but on the app and web shows offline. Honestly, there are so many horrible design decisions it boggles the mind. Why is everything so horribly hidden outside? Gotta reset the wifi? Grab that screw driver and manual. Why can't I simply control my system no matter what when on my local network? If your system goes down, I'm SOL. The manual controls outside should be better. I've had my pool 2 months now and already hate this system.

    All of the sudden it's offline?! Restarted router & nothing has been moved. It's been pretty unreliable lately which is extremely disappointing.

    It says I have the updated version on my phone, but it keeps prompting me to upgrade.

    Have been trying to connect all day, doesn't link up the cleaner on my phone. S21 ultra and dx4050 iQ cleaner. All new stuff, what's the deal???
