What kind of customer support shut the door on customer when their app runs into issue, app on both my iOS and Android phone stopped working, and called the customer support, it says we are busy now please call back the next business day? Seriously?

The iAquaLink worked fine for the past two years and yesterday. However today it stopped working and after I Uninstalled it, it will not reinstall on my Samsung phone. It reaches a 100% download and then flips back to install. I tried clearing cache and rebooted four times with no success
