The app always breaks. It's always down or offline for no reason. It works one day and then not the next.

The app continuously sends me a no connection error or lost connection error. I have excellent internet service. My entire home is wireless and I have no issues with any other apps on my phone. I don't understand why this app has so many issues connecting. who wants to use a laptop to run their pool. this is my only option since the app doesn't work again! Update: had to replace the antenna again. The first one was under warranty in 2017 & this time $848 out of pocket. Less than 5 years old.

Can't connect

Loses connection daily from my equipment. At least twice a week the app freezes and I have to Uninstall and re-install it to get it working again.. Disappointed with this app so far. I hope it gets better.

I can hardly ever get this app to connect properly to my pool equipment. Hit and miss if it loads correctly or just spins on my screen. Very frustrating after 6 months of using it (or trying to) I give up!

Used to work now it never connects - Trash and to think I paid for this feature. Connects fine to apple phone wont work with android, gets to "you are now connected" and then just wont go any further. Thank you for the response, Is that number provided in the USA? I am in Australia.

This app worked great for 2 years. Now it is constantly offline. I have called many times to only get a response that they will call me in 1600 minutes. It has been 2 weeks...still waiting for a call!!!
