their customer service makes you feel like you are stupid if you can't connect your system
OFFLINE CONSTANTLY!! App is always offline. Running the app is like going to Vegas, you open it up and cross your fingers. And about 15% of the time you "win" and are able to log in and use the app. Easier to walk over and manually set it.
generally works, but way too often the servers go down and I can't access my pool controls. very annoying
Doesnt work with android
This app used to work. Now it is constantly offline. I have to go manually turn things on and off. Then it turns itself back on. It is extremely frustrating. I have had this new system less than a year.
Worked for a couple weeks, now it crashes as soon as I try to do anything in it. Tried uninstalling, different devices, same problem.
Constantly loses connection. Typically takes 2 or more logout/logins to perform a simple command. Same performance, or lack thereof, on multiple devices(Apple and Android). Wifi signal strength measured at outdoor device approx 100Mbps up and down. Easier to just walk to the side of the house and do everything manually. And don't get me started on trying to adjust the program. Don't even know why I keep trying.
Really terrible sadly. Everything is all jumbled up. Can't even get into the web portion of the app. Says waiting for connection all the time. My contractor set my pool pump to run everyday, all day for some reason. Very annoying and noisy. Glad to see I'm not alone in this app mess however! I sent an email so hopefully I will hear from someone! My deck Jets also go on randomly by themselves and I can't shut them off.
Terrible app must uninstall are reload weekly, just stops working wish there was a better option
