I can't seem to be able to get a loan on this application. What an I doing wrong? I have done everything I need to do to get a loan and I don't have any problems going to money mart and getting a loan there, I thought it would be easier to use this application but it is not a reliable source for a loan for me for some reason. I only wanted $220 and get much more than that every month so why can't I get a loan on this application but I can get a loan at a money mart location.

At first, everything is fine with the loans and the process. The application process and getting the funds was done and processed very quickly. They say that you will wait a maximum of 2 hours to sign your agreement and then get the funds. That is now a lie. The past 2 loans I have had and a family member has done, it's been more than 3 hours. We only use icash for immediate emergencies, and that's why the quickness was appreciated. We applied for one almost 4 hours ago and still waiting..

Completely useless app. They only give money for immaculate credit conditions... if I was that well-off then why would I even need a loan???????? Waste of time. And if you make a mistake during the application process there's no way to fix it, you only submit it and wait for them to tell you there's an error, then you can go back and fix it. So it's just taking time for no reason.

I filled the application for a loan only need a 1000 and the next my inbox had over 15 emails from them saying they don't do small loan that I would need to apply for 4000 that's there smallest loan and I found that out I.just ask them to cancel and they refuse to do so they even check me credit after I had ask for.it.to be canceled and a week.later I still getting email saying your loan is approved e for 4000 ID email.them back and said I ask you to come this account over a week ago

Lately their claim of being able to get support 24/7 is an absolute lie, I have been trying for almost 2 days and have not heard from anyone by email or text. Unfortunately they seem better in the beginning and rapidly drop off in quality of service within months of becoming a customer, which is sad considering I've been an exceptional customer. Sad to see such a drastic drop off in the quality of service. Very disappointed.

First time I applied for a loan, I was able to get it no problem, I paid my loan back on time with no issues. I got an email saying my next loan would be faster and easier because of that. Well that was a lie, I applied at 10pm, and over 17 hours later, all I got was questions about my pay, how often I get paid and then told someone else needs to review it, they tell me 1 to 2 hours for that and 5 hours later, nothing, so forget it, you lost a customer. I will not be recommending this app.

My 4th loan with them (using the same income for my previous loans and always paying on time) was a significantly lower amount. They definitely don't reward returning paying customers.
