Got approved by the online process and told I have to sign the form that was coming in my email account. An hour later I got an email saying I didn't meet their qualifications. Input my other bank account, after calling support. it said the same, I just need to sign something in my email. Nope. Lady on the phone says they can't verify my bank information through their digital service. They won't let me send my bank statements instead. 3 hours just for a headache. Not fast or convenient. Horrible

The app locked me out of my account. Trying to get help was a joke. You send a request for help and you have to wait at least 2 hours for another rep to email you back causing real confusion and the issue not being addressed.

Be careful. They take money out of your account too early. They charge you every 4 to 5 days and they call that 1 week period. I took out loan and ended up having them taken the money in 12 days instead of 21 days because it is 3 pay period.
