Absolutely garbage. They make it incredibly difficult to pay back your loan in full. Horrible customer service. Choose any other app but this one.

I contacted you guys several times for loan ID # 2854492 for a double charge and you haven't even attempted to call or even email me back this is unacceptable as you took money i needed for bills due tomorrow disgusting how you call this 24/7 service

Garbage customer service. You can only contact them through email or text which takes them 3-4 hours to respond if not longer and even when you ask them to call you its hit or miss. If they decide to email you even when you asked them to call you, you have to email them again and wait another 3-4 hours for them to email you again. 🤨🤬 Update- 2 years later and there customer service still hasn't gotten any better. I'm going on hours 2 waiting for a response.

Doesnt work at all, The bank i use is not shown as listed, so i chose my second account with a bank that is listed, however they decline a mesely 100$ loan just because my pay cheque doesnt get deposited into the account they looked into. How annoying and pathetic. Was just testing this out as an emergency thing as i dont even need money and lo and behold! It Doesnt even work how surprising is that ? Amazing

At first I thought it was great, until I paid back the last payment on the day I was supposed to, and they tried to take it out AGAIN on the SAME DAY, I didn't have enough for a DOUBLE PAYMENT so I was NSF'd, and now icash says I still owe them $191, they've added on extra sn $20, since " I didnt pay" they're saying. I've sent SEVERAL emails and now a text message to their collections support but NOTHING! this is now affecting my credit instead of helping g it like it was supposed to. I paid.

Paid early via e transfer then still took another payment so I got billed twice now they tell me I need 4 business days for refund when I needed that money today. Very inconvenient.

This is the worst company!!! Someone used my name with an email, and I DON'T have an account. They won't respond to my emails in order to rectify this issue. On top of this I need a loan , but there is no response.

Banks, casinos and the government can send me SMS codes but you say you can't send me one to validate me cell phone number because I am using VOIT. What a joke
